Currently there is no provision to update / change solicitor(s) on actions for a constituent. I understand there can be many solicitors for an action and hence import ID for the "Action_Solicitor" table would be needed to update the solicitor.

The only way to change solicitors is to globally delete action records and then re-import.

There should be a global update utility available to do that.
