When exporting an Action List, the column labeled “Action Summary” does not export. This is a problem because the Action Summary contains the details of the MGO’s move. A Blackbaud staff member was able to confirm that the action summary is the following fields: constituent name, action type, action date, action start time, and the action notepad. All of these fields, except the notepad, are included in the export. Please enable the Action List export to include the column “Action Summary” so the MGO’s description of what happened can appear.
