For Action type, we use Moves Management categories like Identification, Cultivation, Solicitation, Stewardship.  We would like to see the topic of the action as well.  For example, free subscription to our publication, flowers sent as thank-you for  hosting an event. In DB view I have to add the information as a note which requires extra steps (click notes tab, new notepad, type, description, then text of note) in order for it to show in NXT list.
