When users select their preferred sort order of Assigned Appeals, it only applies that preference to the one record. The quantity of assigned appeals that we have per record means that the vast majority go off screen and the default has latest assignments last so to see current assignments you have to change the sort order to each record that you open.

Can we:

 1. Have a user setting for all records that puts the default assigned appeal sort order to latest first?

 2. Have a filter to only show assignments that have active appeals?
