Under Appeal tab, most recent appeal should be listed at the top

When looking at recent appeals, some constituents have 15-20 on record and they are from years past, want to see most recent appeal FIRST instead of scrolling down or hitting the date button each time.

This is such a simple fix! It is done with all the other tabs. People have been asking for this for 4 years. PLEASE make this a default. Thank you!
