We used to be able to sort appeals by date in our Personal Settings. I'm told by Blackbaud "This was something that changed in a previous update in version 7. Currently there aren’t any plans to re-institute that function." I want most recent history on top. I want to be able to determine what sort settings work best for me and my institution. I don't want to have to double-click on the date column heading on the several thousand records I touch in a month. Please vote to regain control of the settings that make your work day a little easier!
