In the Appeals tab of a constituent record,

In the Appeals tab of a constituent record, add a Filters button to filter by appeal category

This would allow us to select which appeals we want to see/hide, base on their appeal category. E.g., I only want to see appeals of category APL1, or I want to see all appeals except those of category APL2 and APL3.
