I have too many duplicates getting set up. The critera for duplicates needs to be managable by the customer. It is not checking the addess as a priority before setting up a David Jones or Davy Jonoes at same address. Or checking the spouses' name and address before setting up a spouse as a new donor. It is driving me crazy mereing these accounts. I use account management tool daily!
Eliminate duplicates. Everyone working in data entry, finance, marking would all benefit from have correct date in the system and not duplicates. That is one of our biggest issues right now.
