Almost always we need to match our registrants to their employer, and need to make it a part of our processes to go in and do this for every new registrant, or anyone updating their primary business relationship. It would be great if our stakeholders could do this themselves, or the system gave us an option to match the field to a similar organizational record when we allow them into the system.
