When sending an email through BBNC, email addresses ONLY pull from the constituent record, NOT relationship records.  This makes it impossible to send an email to a contact at an organization who doesn't have an individual record.  It is problematic to add the individual email to the org record and doesn't make sense to add an individual record for someone who will only have affinity with the university until they leave their job.  Please make it possible to send emails to an email address on contact records using BBNC!
