we do not have the event module and I was told we have to have that to able to utilize the benefits option in batch. That doesn't make sense. We have donations (outside of events) that are partially deductible and partially not deductible. We did determine that we can utilize the benefit in a gift record, but not in batch. And, even in batch, if we had the event module, it is still a pain because its not a column option. Would like the benefit available completely without having the event module and it needs to be an option in batch to add it as a column.
