When entering a manual gift, I select the constituent, gift date, amount, Campaign, Fund, Appeal, and then move to the ATTRIBUTES tab and select the Attribute Category and the description based upon the table entries.

When entering in Batch processing, I am not able to select the Attribute Category, but can add an Attribute Description to the batch entry table. This restricts to one attribute category. Having the ability to choose both the category and associated description would allow for additional refinement when describing the gift.
