In Gift Batch, I'd like to see the fields (Campaign, Fund, Appeal and Letter Code) from an outstanding pledge or recurring gift auto-populated, taking precedence over values in the default row. Currently, the default row takes precedence.
If there is no way to overwrite this information, I would suggest that Blackbaud expand the information that displays in the APPLY PAYMENT pop-up when so you see the campaign and appeal details in the window. This would minimize the git entry person from having to go through multiple steps to add this information in the batch.
when I do recurring batches, my constituents funds do not auto-populate nor does the appeal. I have to go into each record and write those down if I am adding them to the batch instead of it just auto-populating like it should.
