Automatically create actions from emails

Automatically create actions from emails sent through the gift tab like it does from the Bio1 tab.

We are leaning on sending immediate acknowledgement or receipt emails when gifts are entered and it would be great to have an action created when we do this so there would be a record on their record that an email receipt or acknowledgment was sent.
