It would be nice, when creating an action, if you could associate it with a prior gift. For example, we assign follow-up calls for certain gifts. If I can associate the assigned action with the corresponding gift, it would be easier for solicitors to make the call. They simply open the assigned action from their action reminder pane, and click-through to the associated gift for all relevant information.
Even better if we could automatically assign gifts of certain amounts to action tracks
This could also mean we could use actions to store information about e-store orders and link them to a gift, rather than having to store all the information in the gift tab.
Yes! We're trying to ensure that major gifts receive a thank you call within 48 hours and currently there is no way for us to link that Action to the Gift.
This would be fantastic my organization would definitely find the value in creating links.
