There should be a report (or a query) that allows me to see new donors above a certain level for a current fiscal year.  If my major donor level is $1000 it should include donors who gave a TOTAL of $1000 over the course of the fiscal year.  And I should be able to see who, this fiscal year, broke that barrier.
