Create a constituency code or attribute code that auto populates for specific gift amounts to mark the constituent as a specific level of do

We have a giving level for donors who make one gift of $1,000 or cumulative gifts adding to $1,000 within one year. I'd like Blackbaud to create a code whereby when a donor reaches this level his/her record is so marked. Instead of running a query each time we need a list of these specific donors.
