a report that identifies current donors and new donors that have for the first time given at a specific level or greater. Ex: Donor A has given for 20 years but at $100 level. This year he gave at $500 level. Find him.
Donor B is a completely new donor and gave a gift of $600. Find him because he's over $500.

I would also throw in giving at a certain level after a period of time: first gift over $1,000 in over 5 years.

We look at this info and have made a query to pull the gifts, but it still takes some manual tweaks.
