It is critical that I be able to export canned reports, like the Appeals Perf Analysis reports, into Excel. I do all kinds of manipulations in Excel, and link to other reports. This is critical for budgeting, trend analysis, long-term tracking of purchased lists (for new member acquisition) over multiple mailings, for Board reports, etc. Please create some kind of work-around for this. No one on our staff knows Crystal reports, and we all know Excel.
