Ability to add more characters in constituent fields

I am prevented from entering the full name of Organizations and positions of employee because there is a character limit. This means incomplete information for mailings and having to add the information in Notes.

I am running into this issue currently with a union organization, which everyone knows in the business world you have to be mindful of. Not to mention, an organization deserves to be recognized for their correct business name, not an abbreviation of that name.
