Only 60 characters in the Organization Name field/cell

Put more characters in the Organization name cell so orgs with longer names can be entered.

This needs to happen. With the rise of Donor Advised Funds as a primary giving vehicle, RE needs to get with the times and not create obstacles for fundraisers. DAFs have long names and they aren't going anywhere. Get it done!
