Add a notes field for each phone number on records
Add a notes section so we can write the date the number was last checked that it was in service, best time to call, names for organizations, anything really you would like to note about each phone number.
YES! Examples would be -we would add in a date then Unsubscribed; date - on maternity leave until date; date - preferred email, etc. Currently we add in comments next to the email and the date we added the comment (to know how old it is).
This field would be extremely useful for us. Some of our Board Members have 3 or more homes. With the comments field, we could match up which alternate/seasonal phone numbers belongs with which home.
This has been added as a Comments field.
Did you know you can, right now, create a phone type of "Note?" This would allow you to make notes until this is implemented.

I want to be able to let frontline staff know when a phone number or email was located through research rather than given to us by the donor.
