In Online Express, if someone enters their name in lower case
If someone enters their name or address in lower case when making an online donation, this shouldn't override their name with capital first letters in their constituency.

One thing that I have done is run the letters by batch. It can take a few more passes, but you at least have the batches grouped together. We did this primarily because when saving the Word doc on the server they liked being able have the acks saved by batch for easier searching.
