For price types that include more than one registrant, the form asks the user to enter each Registrant's name and contact info.  This is number Registrant #1, Registrant #2 etc.  They if you want to apply participant attributes like shirt size or dinner preference, it's asked in the next section after all the names have been entered.   These are also numbered but the user has the make sure they know who they entered and which number.  The participant attributes should be asked directly after each registrants' name.  This info should be kept together on the form for ease of use by the end user.
