Currently the donation form in Online Express only allows for the Short Description to populate the dropdown menu for the "province" / "state" field.  This can be very confusing for donors - especially for foundations like us who have donors in both Canada and the US resulting in over 60 choices.   It would be ideal to have the full description making it very clear for the donors.
