Add contact name as salutation when registering on behalf of an organization

When Online Express generates a thank you email for someone who registers for an event on behalf of an organization, the only two choices for addressing the email is Dear <First Name> or <Org Name>. There should be an option to pull a field for the first name of the person who made the registration. Also, on the email notification heading, the supporter field is blank. See attached.
