Import/Globally update DNC Phone and Email
If an email blast comes back with a high number of invalid addresses, it would be great to be able to import a DNC edit for only the email on a constituent record instead of having to manually mark each record.

Allow phones to be globally marked as "Do Not Contact" (DNC)
Merged Currently, the only global option that exists with phone records and the "Do Not Contact" option is to globally un-mark records as DNC. According to Blackbaud customer support as of 11/19/2013, there is no current way to globally mark phone record...4

It would be good if you could mass updated emails with a DNC flag.

We really need to mark over 2400 emails that bounced as inactive - this is a huge lack of functionality?!

I have over 4,000 records i need to update, manually updating each indivdual record isnt an option for our charity. I hope this developemnt is coming soon.
8 years and nothing to move forward ... with only 40 votes, I don't think so BB going to solve that in the next month :-(
2020 and this is still not fixed. Wow
I am restructuring emails. needed to export and import. now I find out that there is no option for importing DNC flag. Really blackbaud? You just created a new import... for the new structure for emails and phones, why didn't you add the DNC to import? Jeepers.
Seems like you can add or change anything via import. More than 6 years later, how is this still not possible??
Prior to a telephone appeal we screened the intended recipients against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) DB and it returned 6,500 exclusions. Wanted to globally add the DNC and a comment against the phone entry that it was registered with the TPS but no such functionality. Ah well, 6,500 will keep me going till the next appeal!
