    I think the bigger issue we want to resolve is ability to "identify" phone. Currently a "phone entry" doesn't have any "Import ID" associate with it, so we can't do anything global like Global Change/Import. Please make these information (Import ID, Date Added, Added By, etc) recorded in RE database and able to be queried/exported/imported/globally changed

    100% agree with this idea. Globally adding the DNC would be an extremely valuable tool for my organization when marking the DNC for thousands of constituents would be costly in time/money.
