In constituent directory (and I suspect some other reports) we need a way to exclude listing a deceased spouse when the "include spouse" checkbox is marked on the Format tab. It could be another checkbox next to the include spouse checkbox - or it could assume that if we've excluded deceased constituents, we also want to exclude deceased spouses of living constituents.
