App and support for Android tablets

I'm using a Nexus 7 and would like to use the RE mobile app on there.

Mobile App does not work on my Galaxy Nexus. Trying to run the program just force closes the program and says "Unfortunately the Raiser's Edge has stopped working". Android 4.2.2

Just got the brand new Samsung Galaxy S4 and the app will not load. It pulls up the main orange screen that says Login, but when I click Login, it blacks out and then tells me the app has stopped. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but to no avail. Please change the title of this to Better App and Support for Android phones, because they are not all supported. The app needs to be redone because you have more 1 star ratings on the app than anything.

ZERO support for Android mobile app. It's really appalling that there have been no updates for over 2 years, and no updates are even on the radar, this according to the Customer Service Rep I spoke with. I'm tired of telling our high level execs "no, sorry, you still can't use this on a phone running anything over 4.1". Virtually all new phones are on at least 5.0. You guys have the resources to have kept this updated, why are you not doing it?
