Security on applying gifts to pledges for other constituents
There should be an option in the software that will prevent users from being able to apply gifts to another constituent's pledge in the system.

The only way to apply a gift to someone else's pledge is to go through the steps of applying payment to pledge and loading the specific pledge in to the batch process. Why would you want to prevent that? In my opinion it doesn't happen accidentally.
