basically we want to be able to easily reprint acknowledgement letters from the gift record, but as they produce a tax invoice/receipt we don't want just anybody to be able to to do this. As such what we would like to see is an additional option in Security > Groups to turn on or off access to the letter button on the constituent and gift records.
