Have a list of an organizations Blackbaud/Target Account Managers names and contact information and which products/issues to contact each about included in a users "my profile" section of the Blackbaud website.
I find that I only need to talk to my manger once or twice a year and by the time I try to contact them, they've changed positions and it's difficult to get in touch with the correct person.
Frankly, I feel like I never know who my contact is. And by the time I figure it out, it's someone new.
I get calls sometimes from whoever the new person is, we actually put it in RE, but by the time I need to contact someone it's all changed again.
This would be extremely helpful at my institution. I am the primary person to handle all things Blackbaud in terms of invoices, patching, database maintenance, etc. I try to keep my documentation up to date but if I am on vacation or otherwise not available, it would be helpful for others here to have this information readily available. Especially my co-workers here in IT who do not use RE or FE at all.
Agreed! This gets very confusing.
I do not even try to keep up with them any longer.
