Site Administrator logs in to BB website, clicks on my account. then have a place where all current contacts for that particular Site ID are listed. Include Name, Position or area of expertise, email, and phone number. They change so frequently that no matter how hard I try I am unable to keep up who is who even on the one writing tablet near my phone. It would help to not have to wait in the phone queue in order to ask "Who is my account manager if I call today?" Having the areas they cover listed might help me choose someone else to call/write for the particular instance I need at that time.
