When designing a Word merge/Export in RE the field limit of 61 handcuffed me - consequently not all donor gifts can be captured for the newly designed Year End Contribution Statement (each gift has 4 fields plus donor name, address). RE offers a pre-fab Year End Contribution Statement but is limited in allowing layout changes. A Footer would helpful to place wording for a tax deductible message (you know 'no goods or services were given in exchange for these gifts', etc.). The mailing address should be located on the Statement so when folded in can be seen in a window envelope without other page elements showing.
Plus an option to email to one of the many email addresses we have housed within RE for that record would be cutting edge...15 years ago.
