A user would like to be able to include last gift amount in mailings from The Raiser's Edge. Currently, we have to export the information and then do a mail merge in Microsoft word. It would save a lot of time if this field was an option in mailings.
I agree.. it doesn't make sense that this field isn't already there since they include first gift amount. donors make numerous donations so their last gift can be significantly higher than their first gift... I am sure there are several users of Raiser's edge that have this problem...
Wierd, there is a field called "amount last paid" shown as an option for donor acknoowledgement letters, but I can't get it to pull the amount into the merged doc.
It would be a good addition.
Actually would like any single gift amount to be available as a field for use in a consolidated receipt using total amount of gifts for the year. Can not pull last gift, recurring gift amount, installment amount, etc for use. Have to manually enter in gift details.
