Bring back the ability to export last Gift Aid declaration date into a letter.

In previous versions of RE, we were able to use 'Declaration Made' to merge the most up to date Gift Aid declaration - very useful for batch oral or electronic declarations coming from a campaign. New version of RE will only export the first declaration made, not the most up to date.
