We do numerous exports each year for various funds. If constituent is solicited for a fund and says 'no' we enter $0 pledge on record. When we export giving for the fund, export gives us "$0" for both those with $0 pledges/gifts and for those who do not have a gift for that fund/were not solicited for that fund. When looking at 5 yr giving history for someone only asked last year but showing "$0" for each of the previous years, it is a very inaccurate representation of their giving history when it says they gave nothing but actually were not even asked.
