We have recently had some trouble with BBNC and the plugin. Sometimes we have not gotten notifcation emails and/or transactions in the plug in.

Now, for gifts or transaction where a credit card was processed, we can look this up on BBMS. But if there was no charge then we basically loose these transactions.

In the past, if this happened, it was human error (for instance, if a transaction was deleted from the plugin instead of being processed, which bring up another issue where I'd like to be able to restrict access to deleting transactions, but ...) and we typically had the notification email as a back up.

I've been told there are some compatibility issues with IE 11 that could be causing this glitch. In any case, we should have some kind of back up.
