We often have to search the event registrations as they come in to RE to look for where the system might have matched a registrant to the wrong record. When going through 40+ registrations, it's really annoying to have to seek out the spot you were at when you fixed one of the connections and processed it because it jumped back up to the top. 

Alternately, having the system confirm connections during the Batch Processing phase might be even better.
