Part 1: Displaying the User that Processed a Transaction

When viewing the details of a BBMS transaction in the BBMS web portal, I would like to be able to see which user processed that transaction. This would make things much easier if there were any questions about a specific transaction, because we would know which user/staff member we need to speak with.

This would be especially useful for transactions processed  online via the Merchant Services web portal or with the Mobile Pay app.

I would imagine this information would be located right below "Application" in the transaction details window.

Part 2: Searching Transactions by User

I would also like to be able to do a Transaction Search by User information (again, I'm thinking in the BBMS web portal). This would allow us to see all the transactions processed by a specific person. This serve as a backstop to allow an administrator to double-check a user's transactions. This would be useful if there were any concerns about a specific user's activity.

Ideally, this wouldn't be something that we'd have to use often, but it would definitely be helpful if the situation came up.
