Currently on a Constituent record, when a field is uneditable for a group of users based on security, users are not able to copy information from that field. A good example is in 7.93 making the Constituent ID non-editable makes it so one can not copy this ID.

BB264069 explains a work around of exporting the information however this is a lot of work to simply copy a field.
