Allow people to mark Blackbaud specific entries in code tables as inactive. There are two Blackbaud entries in the 'Sources' code table that gives you options for the 'Source' of a rating in the prospect section. We shouldn't have to keep these, we should be able to delete or mark inactive as we see fit.
