Please remove the "SiteID" wording that was recently added in front of the "/" where a SiteID must be entered to access files on the Blackbaud Hosting Services site: https://files.blackbaudhosting.com. Ever since this wording was added, we have had to manually delete this "SiteID" wording in order to type in our actual Site ID, which is an extra step than before, when we would just type in our Site ID without having to delete anything. This extra step quickly becomes an inconvenience to anyone who is frequently accessing this site multiple times a day.
