Rename "custom" ratings from Blackbaud to "proprietary" ratings, and keep the "custom" rating for ratings that are created by the organization. Every rating seems to be called a custom rating, and it's difficult, among the dozens of prospect rating options, to discern which rating is from Blackbaud/Target Analytics, and which rating is truly custom, created by each organization to suit their own ratings needs.
