Allow multiple constituents at one address to be mailed jointly when they are not spouses

At present, you can only make a constituent 'Head of household' at a shared address when that person is the spouse of the other constituent. This means we can not jointly mail flatmates, friends, partners, families (couple and children) or unmarried couples. Adding a second tick box with the same properties as 'spouse' would enable this.

I would like to be able to link children to their parent/s and then mark one person as head of household so I don't send out multiple letters to the same household for each child and the parent.

The ability to household any group of constituants is needed. In order to find household income, soft credits must be included. Unfortunately, now the mailing is going to both the company and the owner. I am unable to mail to only one of them when requested since they are not spouses.

We have occasionally had couples who were spouses, but WANTED to be mailed to separately for whatever reason. It would be nice to have that option.

A one mailing per address would be nice but, how would RE choose. I manually do this with certain mailings. Usually deleting recent graduates that I have still living with parents.

Even if there was a feature added to export that would give the user the option of eliminating multiple addresses (names non-withstanding), that would save us a lot of hassle. Just like the box for "mail to head of household only".
