Add soft credit recipient address fields to query output

We send letters to our soft-credited donors who use donor advised funds (Fidelity, etc.)  The soft-credited donor's address must be typed rather than merged.  It would be great if those fields were available for merging.

    We would also like to be able to write thank you letters to our soft credit donors. We do have their addresses, but have to look them up manually instead of being able to build a query.
