It would be great to be able to automatically generate hard credit gift acknowledgements AND soft credit gift acknowledgements (where there is no tax language or gift-specific information) at the same time by using the conditional mail merge function. Currently you can only use the gift fields available in the "fields to include" tab, which does not include soft credit amount or recipient. Currently I have to run acknowledgements twice - once for hard credit donors that includes tax language, and once for soft credit donors where there is no tax language or gift-specific information.
