Query on deleted users
It is currently not possible to query on deleted users, even though their user name is still attached to records they created. It would be valuable to be able to query for all values of "Added By" or "Last Changed By," not just active users. -

Make the pledge balance field available to merge as a reminder letter field sent from the Mktg. tab. It's a natural function to do there.
