Please consider an addition in the action tab (when creating a new action), to either change the word Solicitor to Owner or simply add an entry for owner.

Occasionally, the "owner" of a step is not a solicitor (i.e. DBA makes calls in support for fundraisers but is not a true solicitor) OR many actions aren't actually solicitations. In this case, it's disingenuous to refer to the step owner as a solicitor.
